RACHEL MARJANOVICH - OWNER OF RADICAL REBOUNDING

Rachel, business owner and creator of Radical Rebounding, has been a long time lover of movement. With 20 years experience as a holistic health practitioner (HHP, nationally certified) she has not only studied her own body but her clients as well. Ranging from professional athletes to stay at home moms/dads, business professionals,  and many more, Rachel's love of the body and mind has grown over this time. And her knowledge has increased.

After working with people as a massage therapist she decided to embark on a journey where she could share her passion for self empowerment through movement.

Through her own journey of needing to cure chronic anxiety she found rebounding, aka jumping on a mini trampoline. Tony Robbins was a huge driving force. After studying diet and nutrition extensively she read an article by Tony stating the many benefits of a seemingly simple and extremely effective exercise, rebounding. Her jumping started with 10-15 minutes a day. After a week her anxiety had calmed down and she felt so good she kept going. This soon became a daily occurrence, jumping so hard and so fast she broke two metal spring rebounders and decided to invest in a bungee system mini trampoline by Jumpsport™ Fitness.

She has jumped daily for over 5 years and has studied and immersed herself in the many benefits of mini trampoline fitness.

She has taken movements from other sources of exercise and incorporated them into her routines.

Her passion is to live the best life possible and encourage others to do the same.

KERI GONZALEZ - INSTRUCTOR

Hey there, I’m Keri Gonzalez, I am so happy to be a part of Radical Rebounding crew.  As a former competitive figure skater and a yogi, I have found rebounding to be transformational to both my physical body and emotional health, in a short period of time. It has also given me the opportunity to support others seeking similar outcomes.  I love my bounce family, and look forward to seeing you soon!

LAURA VIDA - INSTRUCTOR

As a certified Red Ribbon Professional from The International Feng Shui Guild, Laura's been a Feng Shui Practitioner, Interior Designer, Geomancer, and an International Top-Selling Realtor for almost three decades. Owner of Interior Alchemy, she also holds a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology where she offers coaching and counseling using mind, body, spirit, and home tools for total life transformation. 

Laura has been an avid rebounder since 2021. After losing almost 25 lbs, healing her thyroid, rebalancing her hormones, and regaining her confidence, she is passionate about supporting others in meeting their health and life goals. 

Laura is finishing her first book, a memoir about the journey we all take to release the past and fulfill our destiny by learning to trust the unseen forces that guide our life.

Exercise had always taken a back seat to my career. I would exercise when I could, but it was not always a priority. After my husband and I moved from Chicago to Sedona, I found rebounding and was immediately hooked. It has all the things I want in an exercise rolled into one: cardio, strength training, toning and an amazing community. I enjoyed this so much I wanted to become part of the journey for others and have been an instructor since October 2022. Teaching has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. It may push me outside of my comfort zone, but the best part is seeing others push through theirs! Seeing those in class do things they never thought they could is one of my favorite things! My classes will have some great tunes, solid moves and don’t forget the occasional run or two. 😉 See you in class!

ANDREA BORG - INSTRUCTOR

I love the experience of moving my body through space. I started out with ballet for well over a decade-and through ballet in college I discovered and fell in love with Pilates. I taught Pilates and Gyrotonic in Singapore, Tokyo, London and Park City, Utah. I find rebounding be a beautiful balance of cardio, strengthening and toning; it is a challenging and body changing workout, but you're having so much fun while doing it, you don't even realize how hard you're working! And the cherry on top of the sundae is the amazing tramp community❤️ My rebounding classes are influenced by all of the different kinds of movement I have played with, including  Muay Thai and traditional kickboxing- as well as all outdoor activities.

DR. KIMBERLY ALBARRAN - INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Dr. Kimberly Albarran, PT, DPT, CFNP. I have been a physical therapist since 2013 and a certified functional nutrition practitioner since 2021.  I officially started my business Hope Health Healing in 2018, in the Prescott area, with the vision of serving my community as the premier provider for individuals with chronic pain, resulting in the highest quality of life for my clients.  

My mission is to provide solution oriented, holistic and compassionate care through physical therapy, nutrition coaching and wellness classes, which now include Radical Rebounding!!  

My goal is to empower individuals with chronic pain to take control of their health using my four pillars of health: mindfulness, nutrition, sleep and movement to restore health and healing. I love to motivate, encourage and lift up my clients along their journey.  

I’m so excited to help clients move and feel better using the rebounder with less impact to improve physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological health.
